0 Stars- Send your loved one ANYWHERE but this place. This facility made it next to impossible to be able to help my mother during her mental health crisis. Although myself and several other members of my family are on the consent to speak to someone about treatment, no one can provide us any details or even knows her care plan. Her case worker Stephen was the most rude human and hung up on me when I requested to know her care plan - because he simply doesn't know it. I will be leaving a review of safety with the joint commission because this is now becoming a safety issue.

My son was there for 4 days and it was a horrible experience for him and well as myself. EVERY adult (6) that I spoke with on the phone was very rude! They were rude to my son as well. There is NO communication between staff and family members and no one will even return calls. The Dr. called me on day 2 to ask a lot of questions claiming he was trying to get my son help but it all ended with the questions. He made the comment several times he would contact me daily with an update but I never heard back from him nor did he return my calls. Even the switchboard operator was rude when I was trying to get through to the correct dept. My son said the food was horrible as well. Definitely a mistake if you send your loved one to this facility. Complete waste of time!! Please take time to read all reviews!

Horrible hospital abusing patients rights, overmedicating patients against their will with no just cause, and disrespects cultural and religious beliefs as mental illness. Terrible facility with some nice staff that tolerate abusive ones.

Family member was there. Horrible place. No discharge plan and the number the had us call was for children.also heard the food was awful and some of the staff were awful. Dont send your loved ones there
