Like seeing your best friend after 6 months. We went about 4 on Saturday and one other table was occupied. Everything is spaced out so go early. Everyone is masked and following Covid Protocols. The burger was great as always. Cooked perfectly with cheese, bacon and grilled onions.

I love this place. I travel a lot and always search out the best local places. This place feels like you are at a bar on lake in Wisconsin or the UP. The decor is wood paneling and huge mounted fish all around the place. The menu is strictly a no frills kind of place, but what I had was great. The shrimp cocktail has 6 shrimp, cocktail sauce and a lemon. They are are perfectly done and create a tasty bite. The signature item is their cheese burger. Once again it was nothing fancy, but had great flavor. The meat isn't over worked and doesn't have any binders. It is just pure meat and melts in your mouth. It actually taste like beef. The burger to bun ratio is perfect to ensure you taste everything. I did order my medium-rare, cooked perfectly, but I would recommend getting medium. Because the meat is so tender it was missing a little texture when cooked below medium. The staff was great and kept on bringing us beers thought the meal. Great burger! The food is excellent! love sitting at their bar for a beer and a burger. Chili is also yummy. The “cash only” thing is annoying. Also annoying that menu prices are NOT shown leaving you to guess the amount. whats the big deal? just start accepting plastic.
Came here last night for the first time with the lady and the suburban foodgod (Blake). I’m glad I got to experience this place I have seen in Blake’s social media stories many times; even though it was only takeout. The cheeseburger legit melted in my mouth and let’s talk about their house BBQ sauce. Everything was delicious, 12/10 would definitely return.
The grilled cheese sandwich was probably the best I have had outside my house! It’s simple, yet delicious! The bacon cheeseburger is also really good! Laid back bar atmosphere, just what I was looking for. Only thing is they only accept cash but there is an ATM inside.
