Good store..but staff here is pathetic. I put my bike for tune up, they kept it for more than two weeks and without any update. Everyone kept throwing the ball at other person when you try to find out the status. So definitely stay away for bike tune up.

This store is almost like a "hidden" gem, it's always empty. Lots of great products. Staff isn't too friendly though, hard to get anything from them in a please tell manner - you just get asked if you have a rewards account and your total.

Had the best retail experience in ages. Bill Lodge assisted us with baseball cleats, gloves and bat. He took all the stress out of it with his expertise and helpful attitude.

As a recently opened business, in a tough market (sporting goods brick and mortar) these folks are really missing the mark. I've stopped-in at least six times, I have never been greeted (asked for assistance), nor have I ever purchased anything as their size options and selection is extremely limited. I was excited when I saw Dick's moving-in, but unfortunately I don't see myself ever visiting the location again. To walk into a retail location, never get acknowledged and completely ignored as I walk-out, makes me wonder why they struggle to understand why e-commerce is taking a bite out of their business.

Great store for all of your sporting goods. I stopped in to buy a pair of running shoes and was pleasantly surprised that the service was fast even though it was busy. The clerk was knowledgeable and friendly. The pricing is average and rhe checkout was fast today.
