They are the real deal. My back was crooked and I was in pain. He got me in within 2 hours and I left that day walking with very little pain. Went back the next day and Dr. J made my back even better, followed by a 30 minute medical massage from the therapist. I was presented with a short and long range plan with functional goals to help my back get better than my baseline. Very impressive care.

I have serious issues with my back, legs and feet. The deep tisdue massage has alleviated some conditions already.

I originally went to Helping Hands for a neck issue, and after seeing Dr A. a few times my neck felt so much better. He explained how the appointments/treatments would go. I am now going back for another issue and doing massage therapy to help my aching muscles. Rachel can feel the knots in my shoulders without me telling her where they are. Everyone at the office has been very kind and helpful.
Dr. Aguilar and his team are fantastic. I started going to him a few months ago to help with migraines. Dr. Aguilar really takes the time to listen, and it is very obvious how much he cares about his profession and the health of his patients. I have also been receiving massages from Rachel- she is incredible! At the beginning of every appointment we touch base about where I have felt sore or uncomfortable, and she focuses on those areas that really need massaging. I always leave feeling incredibly relaxed. Everyone I have encountered is very nice and responsive. I would highly recommend Dr. Aguilar and his team!
