I had an appointment but could not get them to honor it. The owner Michael was rude and would not even speak to me. He was too busy arguing with a vendor about a bill he owed.

Always a good experience. My only problem is that Lisa does such a fabulous job and my hair never looks as good as when I do it. I am grateful that the style is such that even I can make it look good. Love the color, highlights. I also am very impressed with how conscientious Lisa and Michael are with protecting their clients insofar as cleanliness, sanitizing and all that needed to be done to open during this Pandemic.

I love Lisa and Michael so much! Our whole family sees Lisa...my little guy's skater cut looks fantastic; Lisa did just what he wanted! My daughter loves her long hair, and trims make her nervous. Lisa always sets her at ease, gives her a blow out even though she's only 10, and makes her feel great. My husband and I both like it short, and Lisa does s a great job, even when we don't give her much to go on. Or maybe I should say especially...she gives us shapes attractive for us. Michael is very accommodating and fun to talk with when setting up appointments, etc. #1 We look great, #2 We always enjoy our time at Ida's, and #3 I highly recommend to all!
