Well-maintained store in a great location close to all transportation. Very relaxed shopping environment with good selections, prompt shipping options, and friendly, knowledgeable staff. A good, much-needed store in a community that doesn’t have many shopping options.
The location is convenient for us and the service is always wonderful. However I feel the selection is limited especially in the petite section. Traffic at this mall is on the lower side so for serious shopping we do trek over to another location
The service in the fine jewelry department was terrible. I waited 17minutes for help while 2 salespeople helped another person. I left and returned an hour later. The salesperson told me to wait while she finished checking items on a printed sheet. Come on! That's why people use amazon!!!

Nice place to shop apparel, vast section of collections for each item, calm and nice ambiance. Price might look little high compared to the discount or departmental stores but could not find any compromise in the quality of the material. All trendy brands were available and was fun to shop!!
Disappointing that you can't exchange purchases or use the Macy's coupons for their closeout. 30% discount is not enough to warrant shopping without offered coupons. Maybe best to wait until discounts get bigger?
Employees are super helpful and friendly, and they've got a good selection, but today their store stunk. As in smells like sewage or something! It was rather repulsive, and makes me less likely to choose the Northbrook Court location in the future
