Telly and his team at MBS really out did themselves this time. They are friendly, courteous and so PRO! It’s like a mini dealership, when you walk in. COVID safe and clean. I’m always happy when I leave. I can’t say the same when I left the local dealership. So glad MBS is in town. But I would travel to leave my car with them. 5 Star Service every time.

After having quite the run in with a local dealership regarding some major repairs we decided to look at independent shops and were told on a popular Mercedes forum to check out MBS Automotive by multiple people. Telly is nothing short of amazing. from drop off to pick up the service was TOP NOTCH. This shop is extremely professional and the work ended up costing 1/3 of what any dealership could even come close to. Even though the trip is a bit of a trek from Wisconsin the service, staff, and communication are unbeatable anywhere else. MBS has gained a lifelong customer! Anyone needing service on Mercedes,BMW or Smart is getting my recommendation to take the trip down to IL and visit Telly @ MBS for all their needs!

Fantastic work done by a fantastic group of people. I took my 1988 560SEC in for some radio and electrical problems that were plaguing me for the past year. I had trouble finding a reputable repair shop that had experience in older cars. I ended up going here and I'm glad I did. They worked quickly and the price was great too. I will definitely be coming here again with my car. Thanks so much MBS!

Just bought a used Volvo not too long ago and had constant check engine light codes. I went to 3 other shops giving me the run-around trying to figure out the problem. Found this shop online and decided to give them a chance. Took him a couple of hours to figure out it was a bad oil trap. Boom! Engine light fixed. Also great maintenance service at a great price! Highly recommend! Very satisfied!

In MBS everyone was really polite and caring. Not just the tech had vehicle maintenance advice but the person in the front. The technician achieve more than just basic brake and rotor change, they inspected my vehicle thoroughly and found out two minimal issues which I'm going to fix. I would recommend my friends and family to come here not just for the service but the pricing of maintenance. The location was really well maintained. Water and coffee was great not to mention FREE. Currently I have no suggestions except keep up the great work. I'll see you again next year for my transmission fluid / filter change or sooner if anything comes up. Thank you.
