These guys are as good as it gets. Tremendously happy that we used their services to remove mold and dry out our drywall from the snow storms which created water leaks in our ceiling. Our service professional Ron is absolutely the best in the business. He walked us through the process and did an outstanding job getting our place dry and cleaned up. I would highly recommend asking him to be assigned to your project needs. He's simply that good. Overall, its been a pleasure.

Jeffrey came out and made sure we didn’t have mold in our master bathroom then recommended we hire a painter to fix our surface level problem. They didn’t make a dime off of me but gave me honest opinion and honest service. When I do have an issue will definitely use them!
This is the story of two reviews: 5/5 for water remediation! They were FANTASTIC during a big rain event in May 2020 to get techs out to our house to get the water out. They kept in close communication with me about timing of workers being out and even stopped by during a second rain event during the remediation to ensure that their equipment was working. Techs were both friendly and professional. I would 100% use them again for water remediation. 1/5 for damage restoration. It was like pulling teeth to get them to call me back to set up times to get a quote, and quotes came in later than expected (wall repair) or not at all (carpet re-install). I gave up on them for the restoration part and used other local businesses instead. I would be unlikely to try to get them to help with damage restoration in the future (which is a bummer, because I like the idea that they're soup-to-nuts on getting flood damage fixed).
Truly enjoyed working with Mr. Thompson and his crew. They were in and out in a day, helped us pack up our belongs and guided us through the whole process. They were extremely knowledgeable. We would use them again.
We had a couple pipes burst in our family's lakhouse basement in Delavan, WI (it was like a fire hose spraying into the basement, likely for weeks before we discovered it!). Needless to say, the water and mold damage was immense. We called Jeff and his team was up there the next day to assess the damage and gave us a comprehensive clean-up plan. He and his team were very patient with us, as this was a devastating loss for our family, and walked us through each step of process -- always willing to spend time to explain how they would handle things. They provided us regular updates, showing us pictures, since we lived an hour away from the lakehouse, and kept us well-informed through every step of the process. They worked quickly and effectively and the clean-up that they did was incredible. We were so grateful that they were willing to work an hour away from Glenview -- it was well worth it! We HIGHLY recommend Jeff and his team!
