This rate is for the staff. They do their best to help customers to find anything and answer all questions. If they don’t have an answer they take your phone number and call back later. What else could one expect more than professional and friendly help. They have more stuff than on the shelves. You just need to ask and they can order and deliver most of the paints, sealers, stain. Recommend to all my work partners.

Only positive experience here, everyone I dealt with are very nice and super helpful. On one occasion they took the time to match a very tricky stain color to the exact match of our factory stained wood ( over an hour)! I have an option to shop at 3 locations but always choose to go here.
