The work done by Thompson Restoration Group is a job well done/excellent work. The service men were always on time, greetings with a smile, courteous and respectful. I was told everything that was going to take place. Suggestions were offered. No furniture damage. They came in early and did not stop until the end of the work day. Not sure if a lunch break was taken. I would recommend and use their services again.

Just recently, I had noticed some water from the base of my refrigerator. They immediately started drying and demolition and ensured no further damage occurred, and checked in multiple times until the job was done. Their quote was clear and very reasonable, and Mack was very flexible in scheduling the time to accommodate my work schedule. Team arrived on-time and completed the job exactly as it was discussed upfront. Upon completion, Mack provided us with a written certificate describing what was done.
