I am a strictly online shopper, I have kids and its a hassle to go shop for myself. I only leave reviews and praises when they are due, and in this case It is a must. I have only come to the store twice but I am so impressed with the overall neatness of this store. What really inspired me to leave a review is the manager Sam. She is an ideal example to ALL people working in the industry, especially when it comes to customer service! She not only took my PINK purchase return, she adjusted the price and matched me for a VS outfit. I walked away happy and satisfied. I tend to avoid going in a VS store bc of previous bad treatment but Sam has exceeded all my expectations. Thank you !

This is one of the less busy locations so I can shop comfortably. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I've always walked out a happy customer
Do not buy bras from here. I was wondering why I was all of a sudden having a hard time with my fit only to compare one of their bras to one I had from some where else. The difference was huge. 50 for bras that don't fit properly is insane. They are only good for their cheep panties.

One of the better stories in chain. Good depth on selections/sizes. And it never looks like a small tornado after a party raid. :)
I love Victoria's but I bought 2 pair of underwear & got them from the 3.99 bin but the girl said they were 6.99
