If you are thinking of renting a property with Century 21 Northcote...STOP! BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE! This is the most unprofessional, poorly managed, badly run business I have ever had the misfortune to come across. I have never met staff who hold themselves to such a low standard of accountability. Sadly the imbeciles and criminals operating this company are too simple and uneducated to have any bearing of the meaning of integrity which is a shame because it is EXACTLY what they lack the most. Finding a rental property in Melbourne is difficult but it will not be as traumatic as renting from this agency so please I implore you for your own sake look further.

Absolutely putrid office, reaked of strong cigarette smell & to top it all off, unprofessional, rude, self important people working there. Extremely bad customer service, will not be using this company for any real estate ventures.
Ridiculously rude director, gets aggressive as soon as you try have a conversation with him. dont ever let him sell your house unless you would like to be screamed at and have all your money taken from you.
