I asked to have two people added to the lease, followed up on the request sporadically for 8 months as we never heard confirmation, then I was told they were added. Just found out they are still not on the lease after 15 months. Also took 4 months to get our shower fixed, and over a week to get a very urgent garage request addressed. The same plumber was sent to us twice who spent 5mins both times without properly fixing the issue. I suspect our landlord is not aware of any of these issues.
