Thus is a fabulous shop the products are brilliant..however every time I go in they the staff are not interested in you at all ,,so many times I have walked out as no one wants to help ..I just walked out not spending a cent ..what is wrong with people..Get some customer service going ..

My experience of Enviroshop has been very positive. Marcus , Glen and Gerogia are friendly and helpful and offer good solutions after listening to your particular needs. They have good knowledge and a good network of people to recommend. I would recommend the team as a first point of call when looking for environment friendly options.
Our experience of EnviroGroup installing a 5kW system onto our new build was very unsatisfactory. Expected high quality product and customer service for the premium price they charge - reality was poor product knowledge of what they were selling and poor customer service. They after sales follow up was zero... I had to chase them every step of the way to get my issues resolved. Certainly could not recommend them in any way shape or form. They have since offered me a 500 discount on future purchases, which they subsequently reduced to 300 when they realised they'd be making a loss... pretty poor when i spent 11k with them in the first place!
We have had a very positive experience with Envirogroup. EnviroGroup installed a solar array and air conditioning for us. The work was done to a very high standard and on time. We were kept informed throughout the process. When there was a problem (with the electricity distribution network, not EnviroGroup's work) they sorted out the issues. I'm very happy to recommend them and plan to use them in future when we move to solar hot water and battery storage.
