Rang this person for emergency repair for a fridge belonging to a person with disability Came without tools and asked for a sharp knife from client and proceeded to hack at the panel caps of freezer damaging the surrounding plastic... When client queried the process and expressed concern about the damage to the fridge - he badgered client saying “it’s just the caps” despite damage extending beyond the caps.... client explained that they were very stressed by his actions (and lack of tools and whole cowboy attitude) he then said “there’s something wrong with you” to a person with a disability ! Left Client in tears with a damaged knife, and a now damaged Unrepaired fridge... and none the wiser... Go somewhere else...
