Excellent customer service by the sales representative who came to my door, explained about the LED Upgrades Program (I had no idea beforehand) and also about the reduction in power bills. Few days ago, my old lights (both incandescent and CFLs) were replaced with cool white LEDs (as they have both cool and warm whites) by an A grade electrician who was very professional and agile in his work. I am really happy with the brightness of LED globes and surely encourage everyone in Victoria to get it done. Thank you Jaadu LED Lighting Solutions :)

Excellent service right from the time the person at the door booked an appointment till the electrician showing up. He was slightly late but called and let me know so I had a heads up. Everything was very professional and my queries were answered to patiently by the person in their office as well. Overall good experience and I am enjoying the new lights in my house!

Jaadu representative came through our house on the 19/6 with the intention of counting globes to be replaced free of charge under the Government scheme. Told that an A grade electrition would come between 2 and 4 pm the next day to replace globes and to make sure l was home, No one turned up No notification from the company via text to say they were not coming. I rang and asked what was going on, After many excuses l was told that someone would be there on the 2 /7 to do the job Got a text the day before confirming this and to make sure that l was home for the job to be done AGAIN no one turned up Rang Jaadu again and was told that an electrition would be there on the 3/7 to do the job between 8 - 8.30 am Guy turned up and l was told he didnt have the globes with him to do the job...REALLY.. He was gone within a minute... Same issues have happened to a friend of mine in the next suburb I have a suspicion that Jaadu are claiming the government rebate for a job never done I will definitely be taking this issue up with the relevant Government department as soon as l can If l could give a minus 5 stars l would.. Disgraceful Company & attitude

Made appointment last week. Jaadu sent reminder the day before to comfirm. Designated time came and went, in fact waited all day, still no one. Missed my son playing footy waitng. Turned up a day late, and electrician did a good job.
