Getting to be a bit of a time wasting frustrating experience, visiting a rental viewing, then checking in later after a busy turnout to consider applying for a house only to find that the listing price has suddenly changed upwards by 50 p/w. Yay property managers. At least it provides ample warning of the kind of agency this might be. Certainly I wouldn't consider renting from them, and I wouldn't consider having them manage my property if they're in this game. Who knows what kind of underhanded stuff they might be get up to with my proerty.

Run away from them. It's been more than three months I'm trying to get a mold issue fixed in my appartment, and so far they found many ways to disregard my problem, not showing up to few appointments, not answering emails...
Having emailed Jellis Craig to get a quote to manage our Northcote property then calling again twice, I was told that someone would get back to me. Still no response after a total period of 3 weeks. I'm thinking they don't need my business so based on the lack of response I've gone to Barry Plant, who incidentally answered my call straight away and provided me with all the relevant information on the spot. Now my friends, this is how you do business. I will not be recommending Jellis Craig's Sales Prevention Officers to any of my associates.
The most confusing conversation ever, i enquired about a town house 2- Gordon Grove, asked the Agent if it was for sale as they are new built, The agent told me that the owner wants to keep them for an investment and will be renting them out, but then she asked me what would I offer for it, I said I didn't want to rent I was wanting to purchase, the agent then stated that they had not discussed a price but what did I want to offer, I was confused are they for sale or rent? The real estate agent then stated that it would be around 1.2,1.3,1.4 up to 1.8million. Thank you for the clarification, but I will be going with another agent.
