I came to see Leila at one of the worst points of my life mentally. My anxiety had control over me and my eczema was the worst it's ever been. I was so anxious to even show up to my appointment but I'm so glad I did. Leila really listens, she is compassionate and gives sound advice. We got to the cause of my eczema through an elimination diet. My anxiety is now under control too after getting my diet right and incorporating mindfulness exercises into my routine. After every appointment Leila would always send a recap email with my prescription for the weeks ahead so nothing was forgotten - I still go back and refer to them now. After four long years of riding on the disappointing merry-go-round of countless confused apathetic doctors. We took our toddler who was suffering from a major gastrointestinal issue to see Leila. She instantly bonded with our child. We started Leila's therapy program while continuing to seeing a highly regarded gastrointestinal doctor. The gastrointestinal doctor placed our child on medicine that had some harsh side effects. Also, the gastrointestinal Doctor eventually wanted to do minor surgery on our child. Leila's therapy program included a plan to safely monitor our child's gut progress. She was also in constant email contact with us walking us throughout the plan. Leila's naturopathic skill-set transcended our expectations.
