I hate to leave a negative review but I feel in this instance it's necessary. After being prescribed an antibiotic from Northcote Medical Group I ended up in emergency with a serious side effect. When I called the doctor to let him know what happened, and he essentially said it was hyperventilation even though I insisted otherwise, and I was not given any helpful advice as to how to proceed. Both in emergency and at the GP I saw subsequently, I was informed that it's lucky I caught the side effect early and discontinued the antibiotics. To have been told that my reaction wasn't legitimate is completely unacceptable and I'll never return to this practice.

N.M.G. are the most compassionate and thorough doctors clinic I've ever been to. My doctor, Dr. Chandra Pokharel is such a kind man and is a fantastic doctor. Maria and the rest of the receptionist team are lovely also. They genuinely care for their patients!

No punctuality at all, been there to see the doctor, always late, three times been there and returned back, such a waste of time. We all are working people, Our time is as important as yours, Sad to see professional like GPs having this sort of work ethics. Respect our time , as you do yours. Will never return back and won’t recommend anyone.

I haven't seen the doctors but I went to the Melbourne Pathology collections centre there & saw Katherine. I just want to say how lovely she was & how comfortable I felt. What a darling.

My family and I have been coming here for years. We usually see Dr Pokeral or Dr Lim, different personalities but have always felt well serviced by them & that we’re in good hands. Would happily see either for any issue, my wife has been comfortable with both and they’re great with kids. Front desk staff are always welcoming & helpful. As with most medical centres there’s usually a wait, but it’s never been too long and is usually because Drs are flat out or have had to attend to someone with more urgent needs. Would only use another service if these guys were closed.

I waited for over 50 minutes for a consultation that was over within 3 minutes - the clinic had only been open for one hour and they were already running an hour behind. When I said it was frustrating to have had to wait so long without an explanation, the doctor (whom I had never met before) responded, "Well, you seem very fiery today", which I found condescending as well as completely unapologetic. I won't return.
