While I found the tour and phone support staff friendly, I was informed that they would only consider us for a position for our kid if we committed to a Monday/Friday. Now, I dont require those days, I require Tuesday and Thursday to begin with. How is this a fair condition/policy/term&condition for working families? non-sense
