I am so happy with the service I received today at OPSM in Northcote plaza. I was looking for glasses for my 5 year old daughter and the young woman that served us was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We had visited a few optometrists over the week and received somewhat "irritated" service at other stores who were obviously not understanding that shopping with small kids can be a challenge (my two year old was also with me). It was so refreshing to.actually be offered friendly service and we came away with a great and well fitting pair of glasses for my daughter. Price was great too!!! We'll definitely be using OPSM for all.our future spectacle needs

I popped in today under social distancing rules and received wonderful service. I got glasses at another optometrist but needed hep fitting them and the customer service team member was friendly and fixed them right up! Will definitely be switching back to OPSM Northcote on service alone. Thanks team!

Previous Lenses tore, store offered replacement lenses. When I went in they gave me a different brand- I found them so dry & difficult to get out- almost half an hour with my fingers in my eyes I thought something was seriously wrong & considered going to the emergency room. In decades of wearing lenses this had never happened to me. Obviously I could never wear them again. When I asked for the brand I usually use & asked for in the first place they said I waited too long to come back into the store- I don't see what difference that could possibly make. Made a later appointment for an issue.The person I saw had no idea why I was there. No attention to detail from the appointment maker- no notes. The store person was pleasant.
