Missy did a fabulous job of making my brows and lashes both look amazing. Super happy with how they turned out and how they are still looking. I will keep continuing to see her as they are fabulous.

I saw Amy for the first time to fix a botched eyelash extension. Amy was gentle and caring in removing the other lashes and took time to reapply new ones giving me the look I was after. The best thing is after having them for almost two weeks I’ve had minimal loss and they still look like they were done yesterday! The salon was lovely, clean and relaxing and when I was cold Amy got me a blanket - I may have even fallen asleep once or twice. I highly recommend Amy and the team at Simply Brows and Lashes in Northcote and can’t wait to go back for my refills!

Being new to Melbourne I was nervous to try a new salon but all the staff were so beautiful, kind and gentle! I was so grateful they were happy to explain everything thoroughly and give me alternatives if I didn't feel comfortable. It was my first experience with threading as I usually wax my eyebrows but I am officially converted! Most importantly though, I do love my brows and lashes! I cannot thank you all enough for such an enjoyable experience that's left me feeling happy and confident. Cannot wait to see you all next time :)

Good if you’re short on time, but wouldn’t make it my regular. I had a brow shape and tint. The service was easy to book and there are specials. However, they weren’t ready for me and after about 10 minutes someone finally asked if I had an appointment. The service was rushed, with one girl starting and another finishing. Even though I showed her an image of own brows the artist said she would ‘try’ and definitely did not get what I was wanting (or what I had 3 weeks ago) Overall, my brows looked good, but not what i asked for.

Place is clean and organised ! Amy is amazing and very friendly. All of the staff are welcoming and they do everything to ensure you're comfortable and happy. They put fine details into certain things that other businesses wouldn't, i.e. simple things like coffee machine, asking if you'd like water as well as getting a little 'goodie' bag to welcome you for the first time. While I was getting my eyelashes done, I overheard one of the lash ladies talking to a client expressing that if she got them done there, they would be afraid that it would ruin her lashes, or it wouldn't be the result she wanted. It's great to hear that they actually care about the quality of your brows/lashes, not just getting money. Would highly recommend their services to everyone.

The best place in Melbourne to go to for your eyebrows. The ladies who work here are so nice and lovely. It was my first time getting my eyebrow lamination and the process was so simple thanks to the technician. Will be returning for eyelash services
