Outstanding customer/retail service! Jarrod - one of the Retail leaders who works at the Northcote Telstra branch was incredibly professional, helpful and patient with me and my request. Jarrod followed everything up, took the time to talk me through the steps and processes that were in place and it was very reassuring to walk out knowing he was onto it. Karly another Telstra member that worked there, was delightful and very helpful as well.

One of the worst service I have ever encountered. Liars! Straight up lying. I called their store and asked for iPhone 12 pro max in gold. They said we only have one and the guy kept it on hold under my name. I said I’m on my way. So its 34 degrees and I went with my family as I wanted it as a gift for my wife. I waited at the store standing more than 30 mins. I was okay with that because I was getting my work done. But when my turn came, they completely took a 180 turn and said we didn’t put any Gold iPhone, we put pacific blue iPhone. Come on there is day and night difference between these two and I confirmed multiple times on the phone. She was then pushing to buy blue phone that I didn’t want. We just left disappointed, tired and hurt. Would never go back. I will definitely raise this issue to highest level. The person who spoke on the phone was hiding because he knew he was lying. I’m sure they gave the gold one away and now lying.

1 because 0 isn't an option. went in-store to upgrade phone plan and cancel home internet. Got the phone plan upgrade. A month passes... Where is my bill? Oh, they've sent it somewhere else. Late fees. Internet not cancelled. Continue to be billed after returning to store to cancel. A month passes... Still being billed for internet/home phone, only now they changed my billing details and am having to pay late fines for internet they won't cancel after not receiving my bills. ***UPDATE** Now my phone is blocked whilst being fully paid up as off 1 week ago.
