So so good. I highly rate this place. Really confused as to why they were so empty when other places on high st were full. We've lived here 3 years and have never been so satisfied with a meal. The flavors and textures are traditionally Vietnamese and to die for. Everyone has to try it. The family owned vibe was amazing. Its very good value. Please go here next time ..

Exceptional food and service. I’ve been to heaps of Vietnamese restaurants in Richmond and Footscray (and Northcote) over the years and this is in my top 5. So excited to return. Amazing menu and beautiful service! And reasonably priced. And relaxed.
We were advised of two excellent Vietnamese restaurants on this part of High st, and decided to try The Little Quan this time around, because it looked comfortable and stylish (which it was). We were hoping to discover something new, that we had not tried before (we are form the North East of Victoria where international culinary options are limited). Twenty years ago we had excellent Vietnamese food in Richmond, but The Little Quan far surpassed those experiences...The spring rolls were sublime; crunchy outside, succulent and packed with flavour inside, with delicious dips that subtly increased flavour rather than overwhelmed. We would have been happy with a meal of those alone, however, we ordered the Vietnamese Pancakes (one vegetarian, one pork and prawn) and these were outstanding! Absolutely some of the best food I have ever eaten (and I try anything). Delicately balanced in flavour, a rich variety in flavours (experiment on your plate by taking different salad leaves with the main ingredient; brilliant!) great textures, absolutely delicious! Presentation was superb, reflecting the care and finesse this husband and wife team bring to their work. Thank you to all staff for an unexpected amazing eating experience!
