He pays attention to detail with all of your documents and works on the weekend to ensure that your loan will get approval. It's the little things that make the difference and Steve will go the extra mile, to make sure you as the customer, feel supported and have the best chance to find your dream home.

Where do I start and how can I thank Steve enough! I bought an apartment in Melbourne pre-covid and paid the deposit. I own two small businesses that were effected by the pandemic, one business which was only open 2 years was closed throughout both lock downs. No home loan mortgage broker would touch me, and I don't blame them! It was going to be an almost impossible situation. Well not for Steve, Steve asked me for all the required details to evaluate my situation even taking the time to talk with my accountants. Unfortunately it didn't look good at all, not only was I going to lose the apartment but also my very sizable deposit. Although it looked extremely doubtful that any lender would offer me a loan, and likely extra work for a any mortgage broker to consider me. Steve knew I was in a dire situation but this only made it a challenge for him. I also suspect he knew no-one-else would take the time and effort o help me. In Steve's own words "come on Dave lets do this!" Well from the get go Steve was on a Mission! Steve's "consistent" communication by phone when he needed something from me or by email giving me updates almost ever day! I knew Steve was working on my situation daily. Well it was a frantic few weeks but Steve did it! Steve's knowledge of accounting enabled him to understand my business P/L to where he could make an argument to a lender. This I believe was key. Most mortgage brokers do not have an accounting knowledge and this made it easy for Steve to communicate directly with my accountants. The other obvious qualities of Steve is his total Professionalism, communication, determination, knowledge and experience and to add to that Steve's passion and drive to get an outcome for his clients.
