There has to be better customer focused locksmiths out there than these. Two weeks after my initial approach, I still do not have the detailed solution I seek. The bland generic statements I have been provided with don't show compliance to building standards like actual examples do.

Turned up on time and were extremely professional. All 4 locks were re-keyed alike quickly and worked first time. They were also able to re-key a unique lock on my letterbox without any dramas. Highly recommend.

Amyr from toplock, hands down the best customer service. Not once, but twice he helped me out in the span of 2 weeks. First one was a general re-key as we're renting a new place, and 2 weeks later he came to the rescue after having my car broken into with the spare house keys stolen. He had so much sympathy for us and was an all round joy to provide the service. Give this man a raise! Respect for you Amyr, hope to come across you again!
