If there is a zero stars choice I wouldn’t give one star rate. The property manager never reply never answer the call . It was a one bedroom apartment plus study rented to me as two bedroom. Then the apartment has only one window which was locked, asked for providing the window key for nearly 2 months, still keep telling me need speak to the owner first... cannot believe it such a procrastinator!!! worse is called the office, told me He is the only property manager I can speak to , no choice but wait for response.

Never in my 22 years of dealing with rental agents have I dealt with someone so clearly lacking in communication and so negligent in their operation. Frank Giurleo has created an absolute mess between landlord and tenant with his lack of managing our property and therefore has placed a sour taste in our mouths. There have been issues relating to withholding critical information for several weeks, which came to light when rent was not paid out on time, again. A real shame as previous property managers, Ashlee and Ebony, before him were fantastic. Woodards Northcote - 2 HUGE thumbs down!
