I love coming here to move and learn each week. The teachers are all genuine down to earth types with a wealth of knowledge and experience. The support props and slow movement is a perfect combination for me not to fear injury, and gives my brain the space to slow down with my body. I highly recommend Yoga Jivana to anyone looking to try yoga in a safe and supportive environment.
