New owners won't give a refund for expired beer that they sell. I unknowingly bought an expired yuengling case and was told on the phone I would get a refund. When I got there, the man told me no refunds and pointed to a sign. Not only did I get ripped off, but my time was wasted as well. I'm never going back. Acme down the street is cheaper anyway.
