All of the security & almost all of the staff are very nice with the exception of 1 lady but maybe she was having some personal problems & it was affecting her attitude/demeanor & that encounter was a while bk & I just prayed for her & I have had very good relations with all of the staff ever since. Especially 2 ladies that I like & take to very much. I wont mention names because it wouldnt be fair to do that. I pray everyday that they are taking good care of my daughter.....and look out for her best interest & treat her as the special young lady that she is. ️I love my daughter so much. She is my Angel & my Heart. Mama Loves You Alexis & You get a Purple heartfor all you have endured in this life

My mother has been in and out of this facility for several years. The staff has always been helpful and many of them know me on sight. My mother has been exploited several times in private care. Because I don't get the chance to vistv her as much as I want, at least I can say I always know she is safe. Thanks NEFSH for always being there for my mother.

The staff are always professional, kind, courteous, and treat our clients with dignity and respect. They are also excellent clinicians.
