Extremely rude receptionist named Katie. Called to make an appointment and I felt like I was communicating with a robot, not a friendly individual who works in the healthcare setting. Filed a complaint with higher up management.

I've been on the waiting list for over a year to get an appointment here. I finally get 1, and they tell me I need more experienced Drs and that they can't help me. That I need to go to the valley for a gi Dr. I don't have transportation which is why I waited so long to come here. I got a new PCP, and all he did was send me back to this office after I told him I refused to go back to this office for treatment. Instead I'm throwing up daily, go issues, can't eat or drink hardly anything, and they just shrugged their shoulders at me.

Moved back to Flagstaff about 10 months ago....and before leaving had a extremely bad experience with the Dr's and staff.... Googled GI Dr's for Flagstaff and was extremely disappointed to see this is the only GI office in Flagstaff still....and looking at the reviews nothing has changed.... This place has the ratings it has for a reason... do not trust them with your health. I will be going down to Phx for my GI health care.
