NBSCC is fantastic! I saw Dr. Greg Cusick for a general check up. I highly recommend him. The quality of service and the comfort of having him explain everything to me is invaluable. Compared to other doctors I've seen over the years, I feel like I am in safe hands with him. Don't hesitate - book an appointment now.

All the team at NBSCC are AMAZING!! From the minute you enter the practice you are welcomed by friendly, knowledgeable staff, before being greeted by professional, highly skilled and extremely passionate doctors who turn a not so nice experience into one that is completely comfortable and educational. Combined with their state of the art technology, the doctors are so thorough in reviewing your skin and have the ability to take photos of anything suspicious in order to monitor for change. When recently comparing a photo of a mole taken in 2019, the doctors discovered enough change in that mole for me to have it removed by Dr Greg Cusick, only to discover it was a level 1 melanoma. Dr Cusick completely reassured me that everything would be fine, but I do wonder what the outcome could have been without that photo to monitor for change. These doctors are true life savers, and I couldn't recommend Dr Greg Cusick more highly!!

If you need a skin check this is a good place to go. Not only are the Doctors thorough, they are also kind and caring. Actually the whole team are pretty amazing and caring, turning a not so pleasant experience into something positive and nurturing. Thank you (everyone) for doing what you do, your passion and love for what you do in helping people is felt and I am sure has had an impact on many, not just myself.

Thorough and easy. This was my first check up and despite my fear, I was really glad I went. The clinic was super clean, the team were really lovely and I was made to feel really at ease. Dr Green went over every inch of my skin (after taking a detailed history), including my scalp and ears - which I'd never thought about checking. He noted a couple of spots I was concerned about, photographed everything so we could keep an eye on them and explained absolutely everything as he went. I was terrified at what we might find, but it was all pretty easy actually. Thankfully no skin cancer, but I'll definitely be back for my annual checkup or before if I notice any suspect spots or changes.

Firstly i base this review on three visits (everyone can have a bad day). Parking is a nightmare, unless you are very lucky, prepare for a long walk. Finding it for the first time is also a challenge, you actually enter via the carpark (as a pedestrian) Each visit felt like you were in a bulk billed medical centre, 40 mins - 1.10 hrs wait time. 90 for 15 mins. On every visit you feel the tension in the waiting room, people are annoyed, they seem to forget clients have jobs to return to. Once you finally get called up everything is good and the doctor i saw was helpful. I have waited less for free skin cancer checks in the city. They have a very nice aquarium (and magazine selection) so get you really get to know the fish while you are waiting.

Dr Green was incredibly professional and made me feel very comfortable for my first ever skin check. He explained everything and the CBD location made it very convenient. No excuses to avoid a lunch time skin check!
