Going to Northern Hills dental is kind of like going to a family reunion - you kind of don’t want to go, because you don’t know what to expect, there is a sense of comfort because everyone knows your name, sometimes it hurts and sometimes it doesn’t, you always see a favourite person (MARIA!!!), there are yummy things (two enthusiastic molars up for the bubblegum fluoride), and you leave feeling grateful you’ve gone, but thankful it doesn’t happen too often. Seriously though, if your chompers are looking for a great place to go, I highly recommend taking them here! My family has been going for 17 years, and we’ve always had an amazing experience. (Plus they give you free chapstick!) ️

Friendly service from the moment you walk in, to the time you leave. Very clean and sanitary, making me feel safe with the current Covid situation. Staff answered all questions and were thorough with all work done.

If I could give negative stars I would. Trying to book with this office is the epitome of a joke. I tried calling, emailing, inquiring off the website - all with zero response over the course of a month. And I am a returning client! I wonder if the office staff does anything all day or if they just set the phones to ignore everyone. I even tried to book my services online on their website - which show available times and technicians for the weeks upcoming. When you select an available slot and get the note that you booked in - be wary! This is not a confirmation that the available slot is yours... if you are like me the office staff will again ignore your requests and fail to “confirm your appointment” (why is this necessary when I booked an available slot online? What is the point of putting available slots online if they are not really available to book?). When you show up for the appointment you thought you booked online like any other service before - you can be sure those office staff who have been ignoring you for over a month now will be super rude about it! I would highly highly recommend going ANYWHERE else but here. Unless you want to add more stress to an already stressful experience.

Such a great place to go for all your dental needs. Staff is so friendly, it felt like I was coming home! Great people who care about their job and their patients. Never have I ever felt more welcomed than I did there. Thank you for the amazing experience! I will recommend you to everyone I know.

Waited for over half an hour for my scheduled appointment. And it was at 8:40 in the morning. Not terribly impressed. The tech and the doc were both very nice. Very helpful with options. Really like this clinic and have been going for years. They just need to respect peoples time a bit better.
