I called Jeff about bats in the attic. He responded the same day and came out for a evaluation with in 2 day’s. Told me exactly what he would do and what should happened. He was right on about everything. Also I think the price was more than fair. Great Job Jeff.

I thought I had bats in the attic of my house. I contacted Jeff at Northern Illinois Wildlife Removal and Repair. He asked about the sound, and when I told him, he explained it was raccoons, not bats. He came out within the hour, and told me that the raccoons had made a hole in the roof. This solved a different puzzle. Water had been coming into my kitchen when it rained, and I had assumed it was coming from a hole in the eaves, but could not find it. Jeff had found the source - the hole in the roof. He set a trap on the roof. The next night, I heard a terrible racket, and went outside. The trap was empty, but the vent in the eaves was hanging down, and was terribly twisted. I called Jeff at 7:30 the next morning, and he appeared by 8:30, fixed the vent, and re-set the trap. That night, at 10:58 I heard a large thump on the roof. I went out with my flashlight, and the light caught a pair of eyes, with a raccoon caught in the trap. I called Jeff at 7:30 the next morning, and he came out within the hour, put a new patch on the hole in the roof, caulked around the patch, and took the raccoon away. He is great at explaining what he is doing, and what each step will be. If I have any additional problems with wildlife, I will certainly call him.

I paid 275 dollars to catch a ground hog. He caught a raccoon that was stuck on his back in the pouring rain. He advertises 24/7. It took 2 hours for him to respond. Another hour to get here. With a animal clearly in distress. All in all maybe 15 minutes of work. He wants another 85 dollars to set the trap again. If I thought for a second this man had any integrity or honesty I would pay. I would'nt trust him to catch and release any further than I could throw him. He was awful. His attitude toward a trapped animal was no better than a fly or a ant. Please find a honest man.
