went in for an emergency dental procedure, after calling over 4 different dentist offices right before the holidays, the staff at Westlake Northern Kentucky Endodontists were able to see him the service he received was superb and the Dentist was very professional, making my husband’s experience a great one. I can’t thank their staff enough for their patience and great customer service. We will definitely be going back.

Had a great experience here. The office is lovely, and the staff goes the extra mile! They even helped me with directions. I am very anxious about dental work, but I felt at ease the whole time. Go here!! I was so impressed with the entire staff: I was 5 minutes early for my appointment and still waited no time at all (didn’t even sit in the waiting room) before being called back. The ladies in the front were very happy and inviting and willing to work with me in any questions I had, one even told me I had left my lights on just to make sure my battery didn’t die! I have extreme dental anxiety and Lisa took the time to be patient and kind, to explain what was going on and do her best to make me comfortable. Even the doctor himself asked me multiple times if I was okay as he was performing my surgery. Not at all what I normally get from any type of doctors office I am very pleased and will definitely be back!
