Needed an inspection on a large rental property before closing and hired Northern Pride Home Inspections. Alexander was very thorough in his inspection and conducted the approach as if he was a partner in the purchase. After we received the report on the property, in very short order, he jumped on a call to walk us through every aspect of the report. He was prompt with his communication, professional with his interaction with the seller and tenants and I will use him again in a heartbeat. He also provides a discount for veterans. This guy is awesome and ultimately saved us money and future pain with what was included in the inspection report.
