Never have I had to pay an additional 25 for requesting a refill (when it's not during my appointment) at any other practice. Spoke to the office manager directly about this and explained the situation (appointment date that was agreed upon was scheduled for the following month on the provider's end, so no wonder the phone call from the provider never came!) and told me to call back and leave a message. Wasn't nice about it. I'd rather use the time and effort into looking for another practice, and found one.

Constantly dropping the ball. Rude. Never answer questions and never follow up. Constantly have to follow up with them to ensure we don't run out of medication. They should be embarrassed to call themselves 'doctors' The person you sit in a room with and talk to is not a psychiatrist most of the time. They talk to one or two doctors who write prescriptions on their behalf. Oh, wow, the other several five star reviews here all know the personnel that work there. Sad.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am not even a patient yet. I’ve called to schedule an appointment and I haven’t received no calls back. Tried to call back few minutes ago and it said they’re office is closed but on google it said open.

I've been late to appointments before and been taken in and I found the voicemail directory and front desk staff very helpful. Especially the lady at check in, shes very quick to compliment you, which is so nice. I really appreciate dr. Seagal and all of his help, hes very laid back and makes me feel like I'm in control of my own care. Love this practice. Better than Kaiser behavioral health center.
