We've hired lots of contractors/exterminators/etc over the years and Gordon was as good as any we've ever worked with. He was very courteous and easy to talk to, extremely diligent, and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. We had had some birds invade our attic that were causing all sorts of problems and Gordon and his team identified and solved the issue immediately. Absolutely perfect experience of hiring an expert on something and knowing they saved you tons of time/hassle/money compared to doing it yourself or hiring some chucklehead to do it. Could not recommend highly enough!

I was very pleased with their service. They removed two raccoons that moved into our shed. I personally tried to remove these critters but failed, so I had to call them to come help out. The raccoons were removed in 2 days. I'm so grateful for the quick turnaround.

Gordon is amazing. He captured a mother squirrel and her babies that were inside our home. He did a very professional job and ensure that none of the animals were hurt in anyway. That was important to us as we didn't want to see either the mother or her babies injured or hurt or killed. We don't want anything to happen to a family. Gordon understood that it was important to us to be very careful with them. He captured the whole lot of them and was able to get them out of our attic. Now we can go on that trip we had planned a couple weeks now and not worry about squirrel in our home. Thank you for doing such a good job.

This company came to my house and did half of the work. Then Covid hit and I was never contacted again until I reached out to Gordon myself. We attempted to schedule a meeting and he did not show up after saying it would work. I had to find a different company to finish the work he started. Extremely disappointed.

Had some very annoying pigeons that were nesting right outside our store. The droppings were everywhere and they were annoying. I tried for weeks to get rid of them on my own and nothing worked, they just kept coming back. Finally I called these guys. They did exactly what I asked for at decent price. All the pigeons were removed in less than a week and have not come back. My bird problem has been solved permanently.

I made the foolish mistake of ignoring a raccoon problem, thinking the animal would simply go away of its own accord. That’s not what happened. The thing reproduced, and I was then left with FIVE raccoons to try and get rid of. I'd never have managed it myself, not in the time it took these guys. Three days later and I was back to being raccoon-free. Very happy customer here, thanks a bunch.
