This place is great value. Food quality is great, really enjoyed the meal. Plus the portion sizes are very generous. Restaurant is spacious and clean, service was very fast. Will be back soon.

The food is magnificent. Unfortunately due to new upgrade and widening of Grand Junction road; this restaurant is closing in 2 weeks time. HOWEVER the parent restaurant (its very small) is still located at 6/140 grand junction rd
Food was yummy. The food came out fairly quick. Staff are friendly. I dont like how you have to order at the counter. I would prefer my order to be taken at the table.
I would rate 0 stars if i could for the poor customer service. I read the reviews for this restaurant before coming here and "customer service" was highly criticised, however I thought I would give it a chance. Turns out that Hong Tam does not take the reviews into consideration to improve themselves. Food was decent, however the waitresses' poor service ruined my experience. When asked why the food came out so late, they simply nodded and never followed up on our request. No apologies whatsoever. They even charged me 50c for a cup of water?? Bad experience here. Won't come back again.
Great experience, good food and really kind staff, also the restaurant is really quiet, even though it's right next to a busy road. They really need to improve on Cleanliness. Overall, I had a good experience here.
Pho was fine, however the special broken rice combination was dry and lacked flavour. Worst part was the older women collecting money behind the counter. Just very rude and surely . I am used to bad service in some restaurants, and will put up with it if food is exceptional. But this lady was up there with the worst. Unfortunately won’t come back again because of this experience
Hopeless service. 3 adults with 2 kids had lunch here a couple of days ago but asked for extra charge for share bowl. What? Are you serious? First time to know share bowl needs extra charge. Ordered 2 large pho which were ok but not impressive. Combination rice was absolutely tasteless. First time being here and would be the last time.
Really great Pho, is the same owner as another who I used to visit. They have the thin noodles just like if you have tried in Vietnam which just makes it feel that much more authentic. Great service with friendly staff. Will go out of my way to visit again.
