I've been with them for home and auto a couple of years and Diane's attention to customer service is what keeps me here. Her response time is always prompt, follow up on any and everything is stellar, and she really goes to bat with the insurance companies on behalf of her customer. That's unheard of these days! Being in customer service for 35 years these words aren't offered lightly. She's the best agent I’ve ever had!

She helped me find what worked best for my family, walked me through my insurance claims, and let me know the best actions to take regarding my policies. I've been with them since 2015. They helped me out when all other insurance wanted to jack up their price for a first timer like me. They sat me down and go through each policy with me. I have no idea how insurance works. I mean, I just know the law says you need one to drive and also it pays for your car when it gets into a accident. But with the help of Northland Insurance group I was able to understand the details and how much savings I could make by picking the right one. They even go through some other insurance that are not theirs just to see if I could be covered more with less payments. Basically what Iam trying to say is, They are the best and honest people I've ever work with.

I've gone through Northland Independent for several years, at least 6, and would not consider switching at this point. Leon (whom I've only ever dealt with on the phone) is awesome! I not only feel like he is always looking to save us money on our policies and get us the best coverage, but he is super pleasant and prompt. I have from time to time gotten quotes from other agents to compare where we are at and we are always quoted hundreds more. Questions that I have about our policies are always answered immediately, I have always felt like a top priority. To say I'm pleased is an understatement.
