Had a lovely experience today with Aileen and her team at John Granata. Aileen is very warm and welcoming and explained everything clearly (this was my first time ever getting glasses). All the staff were super friendly and made me feel very comfortable.
We cannot thank the team at JGO enough for the time they have taken with our family. John is thorough and very patient with my son who has a visual impairment, Daniella is a fantastic help when it comes to selecting glasses. Not to mention the unique and quality frames that are available. We are always complimented on our frames
We went to John Granata Optometrists to get a second opinion for my then 3 year old. He had a turn in his eye, and another optometrist said they couldn't see any vision issues. Aileen picked up the issue right away, and was able to refer us to a paediatric Opthamologist. He required quite a strong prescription. We've got 2 sets of glasses from John Granata now and everyone comments on how well they fit. Rhonda was wonderful in ordering extra colours for my son who really wanted green glasses. Highly recommend these guys!

Very friendly staff. They provide really good service. The optometrist is very good. Took enough time to do the test and explained what was done so well. Highly recommend you get your eye test and spectacles from here
