I really like this KFC Northmead for reasons that you may not find typical. They once totally stuffed up my order and I realised when I got home (just living down the road). When I realised this and went back, the manager came out and looked after me and really looked after me with extra goods and foods. I was really impressed and whilst we all screw up, not many take responsibility like this. It's also well located and they do a great job. Been there heaps for the family!

I went there with a 25 voucher and ordered and a lady scans my voucher and tells me I need to sign in to the QR code for covid and the guy in front of me didn't have to. I couldn't scan the QR code because my phone is a old android and i had no data, so the lady basically tells me if I can't sign into covid safe I have to leave and can't get my order. So i wouldnt recomend this restruant and i will never return there again.
Great Service From Leena, Fast and Fresh, Food was Hot and Smelt Good. Place looked Clean and Tidy, I will order from there again even if it is in the other direction. Worth the travel for Hot Fresh Food
Clean, quiet, not as busy inside like other KFCs, which is what I like. You can actually sit down and have a meal. Lots of parking, there's Mitre 10, Shell Station, and afew other restaurants there. If you want to eat peacefully and enjoy your KFC, this is a great place to start.
Clearly under staffed. 15min wait. Soggy chips. More crumbing than chicken on my burger. Severely dissapointed at this attempt of 'fast food'
The 3rd time there and never again,got take away,they got it wrong for the 3rd time,I live 12klms away, to far to go back, and the 6pm manager has no idea of customer service skills,I WILL be sure to tell my friends and family,,

I ordered 2 piece feed combo in the thigh pieces. I was giving one wing and a thigh and no bread I rang the store and talked to the manager and been told that maybe we ran out of what you ordered. I told him that I haven't been told and I left it at that.
