Knowledgeable. Clean and quiet environment. Polite staff. In an age where you can find everything and anything online, it's a breath of fresh air to be able to come to a store as nicely laid out and comprehensive as this, and try everything. All the showrooms are very impressive and well equipped. Everything can be tested. Staff are knowledgeable, patient and seem to love chatting about almost everything. They are a little lacking when it comes to headphones and personal audio though, but that's not what this store is about. Prices are a little higher than competitors, but the experience of being able to listen to something, get hands on time, and chat about it, is more than worth it.

Great experience, went to these guys for an alpine head unit and reversing camera for my sons Audi after being completely screwed around by another similar business who was a little bit cheaper. Even when there was a slight problem they communicated well and the end result was fantastic. Recommended them to my niece who also was very happy with their service. Thanks guys !
