My sister in law got her eyelashes done on 19th March, 2021. They spilt glue on her forehead and hair. Then they had the audacity to give 10 off the price when the glue had rip out a patch of her hair and burnt her forehead. They didn’t offer any help to fix the situation as, she had to get the glue out herself. Would never recommend this place to anyone. It’s a shame I can’t upload photos of the disaster!

I went in for a mani pedi and eyebrow wax. My eyebrows are red and have been burnt according to the chemist. My nail polish is bubbly. I went back one hour later to complain and ask for a refund. I was told my nail polish looked like that because I bumped it. I’m sorry but polish doesn’t bubble when it’s bumped, and that was done before my wax. I wish I had checked them properly before I left. I asked for a refund and was told no because I had used a gift voucher. Do not go here. I mentioned it to a few businesses I went to after in the area and all told me that had spoken to other customers who were all disappointed with the quality of a range of services. It would have been nice to be able to support local business but getting burnt isn’t worth it.
