So basically these guys will charge you on face value, their current mood and add another 10% for their location. Its a pop to son sort of business and is run that way. They are a rip off and yes they will add ridiculous charge for services etc. As many others have pointed, they are rude and overpriced. What many don't know is that there are plenty of decent and value for money wreckers around smithfield, just get out of your comfort zone of looking around in Parramatta and you will be surprised. Steer clear as you will end up paying almost double for every part.

Terrible service and completely over priced and will rip you off! He quoted me one thing and when I came back he had added about 500 onto the bill without asking me and said if I didn’t want to pay- too bad and he would just undo all the work he had done. would now recommend to anyone!
Called up, was talking to someone nice. Got offered a good price Came to the store and they showed everyone respect and care that came in. Would recommend if you don’t want to deal with a**holes and just get what you need no stress
