Service is slow I get it but at least serve the right customer. Usually I wouldn't care if somebody pushed in but I was in a rush and have already been waiting for 6 minutes to be served. Please be more attentive.

I have never had a good sub here, I only choose this subway because it's so close to my work. Today was the worst though. I thought surely no subway could stuff up a wrap. It's such a simple item. But the first girl who served me immediately palmed me off after hearing I wanted a wrap, which I assume means she is incapable of folding bread. The next girl to serve me put far too much spinach on the wrap after hearing I only wanted 2 salads on it, figured she had to make up for the extra space. Then she toasted the wrap AND GRILLED IT. So naturally I had to wait half an hour to let my 100 burnt wrap cool down, and sure enough it tasted terrible. So yeah wouldn't be recommending this subway to anyone until they learn to hire competent staff.

I walked in and was ignored for 3 minutes, not even an acknowledgment that I was standing there. There were 3 workers and no one else in the store besides me, it was so incredibly rude. Definitely not impressed.

I always order from here ! The foot longs are so good
05/08/2019 Staff were rude, attitude problem and not understanding customer needs. I’m surprised they still exist, Head office definitely needs to clean up this store ASAP.
