These guys charged my brother almost double RRP on wheels and tyres. They also tried to sell unnecessary suspension to someone that they knew didn't know his stuff. Look like a bunch of opportunistic sharks. I recommend you shop around. Also made him wait hours after car was done, because they couldn't be bothered shuffling cars around to get his out.

These guys are just the best. I have been going to Tyrant for about 5 years now for all my accessories, upgrades etc and have never had such good service. The guys at Tyrant really do look after you pre and post sale, they have the best attitude and the best customer service I have experienced in the 4x4 business. Keep up the excellent work guys, I will be back!

What can I say, e-steps ordered in January, paid in full and was to be delivered to their recommended installer in Melbourne, fitting was booked for March 1, but low and behold they did not arrive. Didn't even have the courtesy to call in 2 months and ask what to do about alternative delivery, so if you don't want to be disappointed I suggest you ask for a tracking order number and keep an eye on it. Very disappointed to say the least when time off had been organised to accommodate the fit. Thankyou for your response @ Tyrant 4x4, your apology is accepted, but responsibility still remains, you had ample time to assure this would go ahead smoothly, not only did you put myself out but also the installer who is extremely busy, the excuse no one was there and the item was returned, from a company who sells, fits and endorses your products and is open from 8am till 6pm, is a highly debatable argument, but having said that an effort has been made and we shall see where this takes us, Thankyou. Update March 1st: Received a call from the installer at midday to bring the vehicle for e-step installation so off I went, 1.25 hours to get there, and they were fitted up and working perfectly by 5.30 , first extra-cab they have ever fitted up so it took a bit of nutting out, but they done a mighty job. One thing I can say is they are a quality looking E-Step and would highly recommend them for your vehicle. I have up graded my rating from 1 star to 3 stars because of the quality of the product and the effort made by the installer who done a fantastic job, (PSI Motorsport/Wheels and Tyres), Thankyou.
Had my wife's fortuner fitted with the option bully , Joe an the tyrant crew did a Great job ! Wifey was happy , mean azz ! Nice tight fit just the way I like it , now waiting for the option rear bar and will definitely go back to get it fitted, oh what a feeling!! It's Tyrant!
