Nice gym area although people need to be more courteous to other users. Some of us religiously wipe down the machines while others just strut around like they own the place. Same goes for the staff.

Average level! Often dirty in changing room,showers, and in classes' facilities (studios), what irritated the most during yoga and pilates. Not enough classes during day (always full and busy) Coffee shop: no comment , very disappointing Benefits: close underground station. Gym, fitness and swimming in one building.
They never pick up the phone for anything. Me and hubby tried to call them several time over the week random times and days we even left a voicemail and nothing. They are useless and deffo lost us as a customer. There are millions of other gym that are so responsible and reliable. This one is not
Excellent sport centre with lots of activities for kids, such as swimming lessons, ballet lessons, gymnastics, etc. For adults they have a fully equipped multi gym and they also offer many fitness classes. Other facilities at the centre include a Library, Café and a soft play area for younger children.
This is a good fitness centre with a range of weights and machines. It also provides fitness classes. It has a swimming pool, cafe and soft play. Staff ate friendly and helpful
Was lovely to get back for a safe swim. Conditions in place are perfect and it was so nice to have a relaxing splash about, long may it continue.
Really positive experience with the staff there. Great facilities and looking forward to visiting again
As Member of the gym for many years I didn’t expected the extreme rude and arrogant behaviour of the managers at the gym “I was shocked” I was bullied and treated really badly twice by the operational manger Patrick and duty manger Carl . They don’t care about value of the member. I am really disappointed with the attitude of the managers at the gym and how they treat the members . I was not being able to book my session on the app several times therefore I confirmed my session same day in the morning but while I was at the gym they informed me it wasn’t confirmed then I requested to book session on the reception but I was forced to go on app and book it when I explained several times the app wasn’t working . Unacceptable behaviour of the managers and not polite as well . I will definately not paying a lot of money where your treated very aggressively and bullied by the staff
