Waited for appointment 2 weeks. Hard to contact with the groomer(no one picking the phone) when I have arrived the lady told me to take my dog away coz she is dirty and they will not clean her (the dog has a smug of pop at the back coz her hair were long and when we walked to the groomer she just make herself dirty) so unprofessional even if u booked full groom service with clean and dry!
This is the first trim our dog has had since we've had her. (Rescue dog). Pepitas have done a fabulous job and not over charged. Would highly recommend them.
