Positive: Bins were cleaned well - no issues Negative: Customer Service (and reason for my 2* review): Bins were not cleaned one month; bins were cleaned the following month after I cancelled payment, but I didn't call the company, which was my mistake. Company rang me insisting on payment for another 3 months. When I informed them of the missed clean, they insisted my bins were cleaned and gave me the date and time. I checked my cameras and confirmed they had not come to clean my bins. Company did not take my word and asked me to send the video evidence - this was a pain and took about 2 hours to obtain and send due to file size... and after sending the evidence, I didn't hear back from the company. I followed up again 2 weeks later and still no one has got back to me. I've cancelled now in any case, won't use again. Update: Upon writing this review, the company contacted me on the same day by text berating the fact that I have given a 2* review given the quality of their bin cleaning service... what they don't understand, and perfectly summed up by the texts I received from them, is customer service also forms part of a companies overall service offering... on the texts I received, the company once again were adamant my bins were cleaned even though I've sent them the evidence that they weren't! And over 4 weeks later they still have not taken the time to review the CCTV footage I sent them, or had the courtesy to contact me letting me know the matter is still in review - they've been radio silent; however, they had the time to text me about my review immediately after I wrote it. I've taken accountability on my review for my mistake in cancelling the payment, would appreciate the same from the company for their mistake rather than condescending text messages.

I tried this company out for 6 months to see what they were like. Last week I signed up and paid an annual subscription for 3 bins. Think that says it all. The bins are cleaned brilliantly but even better is that even if your council empties your rubbish bins late (the next day) then this company will either come the next day or put special black bags to hold the rubbish whilst they clean your bins. They also answer any of my queries or questions within 24 hours so all in all quite impressive really!

Excellent service. Bins cleaned within given time by the company after bin collection. Always get them put back in place and they do smell really nice. Also, by the time they come to clean if there is stuff in my bin, it gets put in good quality black bag and bin gets cleaned. All in all, very pleased with this company

This is the best bin company in North London. I have been using them for a year now and have been so satisfied with the service I received. Liam is a very friendly guy and always explain things properly if you don't understand and doesn't get annoyed. My Year has come to an end but I will be paying for another 3 months as my bins look so clean and smell fresh all the time. Thank you for your amazing service and continue your excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend you to friends and family. :)
